How to apply

  • Download the company’s resume form by clicking the button at the upper right of the screen.
  • When filling in the resume form, write down your work experience if you are applying for a position as an experienced employee, and your self-introduction if you are applying for a new entry level position.

  • How is the application review conducted?

    For new employees, we look at their university major and self introduction to select the most ideal candidates. For experienced employees, the applicant’s career history and skills are reviewed to see if it fits the company’s corporate culture.

  • How is the aptitude test (foreign language/skill-set/presentation) conducted?
    Sales positions :
    One day before the interview with the staff, a business communication test is conducted with a foreigner on the phone for 5-10 minutes. Test results are categorized into 1-12 levels, and if the applicant passes a certain level, an interview with staff is carried out.
    R&D positions :
    About 30 minutes before the interview with staff, the applicant conducts self measurement for skills in the R&D sector. The results are used to measure the skill levels possessed through a Q&A session during interviews with the staff.
    Staff positions :
    Because communication among employees is the most important aspect in this position, the applicant must give a 3-5 minute presentation on a theme of his or her choosing in front of employees.
  • How is the interview with staff conducted?

    Interview with staff is conducted in a 1 on many method and takes 30-40 minutes. Interviewers include the group head, team leader and HR team.

  • How is the interview with executives conducted?

    A 1:1 interview with executives is given to applicants who pass the staff interview. Interviewers include the heads of each department (COO, CTO, CFO).

  • How long does it take to learn the results after interviews?

    Applicants will be notified 2-3 days after interviews.

  • Are there frequent overseas business trips?

  • Do I absolutely need to have foreign language credentials?

    Sales positions require foreign language skills to enable communication with others. For other positions, you can apply if you just have basic communication skills. .
