- We will work with the goal of satisfying all customer demands.
- We will work on maintaining partnerships with parts suppliers and manufacturing vendors for mutual growth.
- We will include sustainable management of Green SCM (Supply Chain Management) and domestic and foreign vendors with the aim of gaining cost competitiveness and improving corporate capacities, while striving to protect the global environment and procuring national competitiveness.
Production Management
- Our company has advanced SCM in order to supply the products demanded by customers in a timely manner. In particular, we operate a number of plants both domestically and internationally, so we can respond to urgent needs. Furthermore, we are managing the production stage at a Zero defect rate. Also, we use the global standard SAP for the science of production management.
- KAONMEDIA operates an optimized production system to meet customer demands through global production capacities optimized in terms of quality, delivery and cost. Furthermore, we have a response system for timely delivery and mass production.
Production management through production order, schedule management, and performance analysis
Execute recovery plan for production capacities and goals that were not met (production achievement plans)
Termination through daily production lot unit finishing (including defect repairs) - Material supply management
Procure inventory visibility and on-hand stock management for raw materials according to ratings
We have a production structure that can actively respond to emergency orders through a production line platform method, and a production usage system that can respond to changes
