For the last decade, KAON has focused on developing high-end products such as 4K set-top box, Media Gateway, Video Bridge and Wave2 AP Router in accordance with the increase of demand for hybrid and convergent products with enhanced wire/wireless network. These tech-oriented products and experiences after all has strengthened our market position in the high-end segment, and made us sign contracts with several largest operators .
Also, since about five years ago OTT (Over-the-Top) video services have been receiving a great deal of attention as a new service platform mainly in the US. The growth of OTT services was made possible through improvements in the broadband environment and distribution channel expansion strategies of contents providers, including Pay TV operators .
